Been messing around with Rice Bowls at the Pop Up. Pretty Damn good, if I do say so myself.

On the Menu: Samosas with Pineapple and Mint Chutneys, Roasted vegetables with self puree, barley and kale salad, and 40 clove chicken.
Pickled Golden beet salad, and Spicy Salmon on Crisped Rice
Forty Clove Roasted Chicken, home-made double fried fries, and a spinach salad for a personal chef-ed dinner!
